Key Responsibilities Support the Division Head in managing the Automotive Services operations and ensure all KPIs are met. Lead thorough technical investigation on vehicles involved in incidents and submit report findings. Analyze data not limited to material consumption and turnaround time to improve overall workshop operations and productivity. Work with Purchasing & Logistics Dept to control inventory availability and cost.
