The Workshop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, supervising technicians and mechanics, ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs and services, and maintaining productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction standards in line with my clients policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics.
- Allocate daily jobs and monitor workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all vehicle services and repairs are completed to company and manufacturer standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work.
