Requirements This role would ideally suit someone already working as a Workshop Controller within the automotive industry, however a Master or Senior Technician who wants to move into management or an experienced senior Service Advisor would be considered for this position.

The successful candidate must: Ensure service and repairs are carried out to the highest standards of quality possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
