Job Summary: The Scaffold Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all scaffolding operations on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and timelines. This role requires a hands‑on leader with extensive technical scaffold knowledge, legal liability awareness, and the ability to manage teams across day or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Operations Management
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all scaffold activities.
• Allocate resources efficiently for day or night shifts.
• Ensure scaffolding structures meet design specifications.
