**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Release Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in driving end‑to‑end delivery and release execution for our Regulated Messaging platforms, supporting critical services for regulated users. These platforms span enterprise archive, electronic communications surveillance, identity and entitlements, data feed onboarding and migration, and voice recording, forming a key part of our regulatory and operational backbone.

In this role, you will lead the coordination of complex delivery across multiple engineering and product teams, ensuring solutions are delivered in line with SDLC standards, enterprise controls, and regulatory expectations, while maintaining predictability and quality at scale.
