**The Role**


We are looking for a **Workplace Safety Representative** to support the continued implementation and improvement of the Workplace Safety System across the site. In this role, the person will work across multiple organizations to identify hazards and risks, strengthen compliance, reduce injuries, and help leaders build a stronger day-to-day safety culture. The role is best suited for someone who is proactive, credible on the floor, comfortable working independently, and focused on practical solutions that help return people home safely.
