The Role
As a Workplace Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring workplaces across the QinetiQ estate are effectively supported, efficient and equipped ready to support the growing onsite presence of our staff. Acting as the operational link between Real Estate, Facilities Management and Operations, Heads of Site, Project Delivery, HSE, IT/OT, and business/programme stakeholders, the Workplace Manager needs to foster cross functional collaboration aligning the workplace environment with corporate and departmental objectives, user requirements and evolving ways of working.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead on coordinating workplace change (moves, reconfigurations, refurbishments), and drive space optimisation, resilience, service quality and sustainability within mixed use office environments ranging from open plan collaboration spaces, meeting rooms and lab environments.
