Carpenter / Site Supervisor - South East Wales (Permanent) Pro Staff Construction Ltd are currently working with a Principal Contractor that delivers a variety of new build and refurbishment projects for Local Authorities across South East Wales. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Carpenter / Site Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will be expected to carry out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry works while also overseeing the day-to-day running of projects on site. The Role:

• Carrying out 1st & 2nd fix carpentry works
• Supervising operatives and subcontractors on site
• Ensuring staff arrive on time and daily attendance sheets are completed
• Monitoring Health & Safety standards on site
• Assisting with the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish
• Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager
