Proactively and independently support day-to-day operational HR activities for our international locations (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Sweden).Support in managing the entire employee lifecycle.Assisting with and contributing to tasks from onboarding to offboarding, from A1 certificates to drafting contract documents.Support and take ownership of specific payroll-related topics.Assist in processing general administrative procedures across different countries.Actively collaborate on cross-border international HR projects, focusing on digitalization and process standardization.Contribute to developing new concepts and processes, including creating and editing PowerPoint presentations in English.Conduct independent research on current HR trends, and prepare evaluations, statistics, and documentation.How to convince us
