Workforce Manager Service Consultant
ADP is hiring a Workforce Manager Service Consultant. In this role you will serve a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring optimal use of the Workforce Manager product and providing technical and analytical support for client day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities
You will partner with clients to truly understand their product challenges and related needs, solve those challenges, and build long‑term trust. Take ownership of client configuration and work with other teams to deliver best‑in‑class service. Become the most credible resource, focusing on analyzing the client’s existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes. Act as a team player, asking questions to other members of the client project team, sales, and client service.
