Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workforce Manager to join NG Bailey’s Southern Engineering division, supporting the effective planning and coordination of labour across a diverse portfolio of projects. Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring workforce availability, utilisation, and coordination across multiple sites.
