Role: WFM Sr Consultant with Good knowledge in WFS workforce software tool

Location: Dearborn, MI – minimum 4 days per week

Direct experience with WFM tools like UKG Pro, Kronos, Google WFM and WFS good working knowledge in this

Experience with cloud-based data tools (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, etc.).

Background in automotive or high-volume industrial environments.

Other Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration: Assist with technical build and under-the-hood configuration of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules.

Data & Integration Engineering: Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between the WFM platform and Ford’s internal ecosystem. Rule Engine Development:

Translate complex union contracts, labor laws, and manufacturing work rules into precise system logic and automated calculations.
