University of Utah Health is growing! We are seeking a dynamic new **Workforce Development Counselor** to join the Workforce Development Team, as part of the HR Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning department at University of Utah Health, Hospitals and Clinics.



+ The Workforce Development Counselor functions as a liaison between employees and recruitment, matching career development and career planning with organizational workforce planning strategies.

+ The Workforce Development Counselor helps employees identify personal interests and life goals that may lead to career enrichment though new employment opportunities.
