**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced **Workers’ Compensation NE Claims Manager** to play a critical role in overseeing and advancing our workers’ compensation claims strategy across multiple jurisdictions. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex, high exposure claims, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and influence outcomes that protect both our colleagues and the organization.

Reporting to the Head of Work Comp Claims, this role serves as a key liaison between internal operations, third party administrators (TPAs), insurance carriers, adjusters, and legal partners. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, deep technical expertise in workers’ compensation claims, particularly New York, and a collaborative mindset to support best in class claims management and loss prevention practices.
