Job Description
Serve as the escalation point for unresolved Service Center issues by resolving complex Workday challenges related to business processes, tenant configuration, reporting, calculated fields, and advanced tools such as Studio and BIRT. Assess the impact of configuration change requests affecting multiple functional areas, document complex issues and decisions, and migrate approved solutions from lower tenants to Production in alignment with change management and governance standards. Collaborate with the Integrations team to resolve cross-functional issues and support business leads through testing and validation of Workday updates, patches, and configuration changes.
