Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant for a 6+ month contract position with our client, a Major Financial Services Company, located in Milwaukee, WI. This position is 100% remote.
Pay Rate: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for advanced configuration, optimization, and technical problem solving within Workday's Talent & Performance and HCM modules Partner closely within the HR Technology team and with stakeholder partners to deliver scalable, high-quality Workday solutions, with a strong emphasis on configuration expertise, data integrity, and system reliability Support ongoing large-scale projects in the Talent & Performance modules in addition to smaller projects in Core HCM Configure solutions for Workday Talent, Performance, and HCM modules, ensuring design is scalable, secure, and aligned to business needs Design and implement complex conf...
