Summary of Position: ​

Alcon is looking to hire a Workday Human Resources Information System – Business Analyst (HRIS – BA) to join our HRIS team at Bengaluru in India. The HRIS BA will develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's business, structure, challenges, and requirements within the context of the customer's business sector. As the single point of contact to the business for the functional area represented, they facilitate interaction and coordination between HR Operations leadership, the vendor and customer resources to optimize results. The BA will also track and identify service delivery trends across customers and provide feedback to HRIS Management to the benefit of all of HRIS customers. The HRIS BA has a primary functional area and a secondary functional area for backup.
