The role The Workday HRIS Analyst is responsible for ensuring the optimal use and continuous improvement of the Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS) across the organization. This role serves as a key resource for end-users driving system enhancements supporting data-driven decisionmaking and maintaining data integrity.
User Support and Training
- Act as the primary contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues and managing support requests from end-users.
- Provide guidance and training to employees, managers and HR staff to maximize effective use of Workday features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain knowledge-base articles and user guides to empower users with self-service resources.
HRIS System Enhancement
- Participate in system upgrades, testing and the implementation of new modules or features within Workday.
