AIMCo is enhancing its HRIS teams to lead Workday implementations. This analyst role requires a minimum of five years' experience with Workday and a robust understanding of HR systems. You will contribute to configuring Workday HCM, Payroll, and other modules while providing essential support to senior management and managing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide expertise in Workday configuration and processes • Support HR Technology Strategy development and roadmap • Design and implement changes in Workday modules • Conduct root-cause analysis for system issues • Lead new user training and change management initiatives
Requirements: • 5+ years' experience with Workday modules • Technical expertise in Business Analysis • Relevant degree in Information Systems • ITIL, PMP, ...
