I am partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced and proactive Workday BAU Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale Workday environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong Workday professional who enjoys balancing BAU support with continuous improvement initiatives across a global HR systems landscape. The role will focus primarily on Core HCM and Workday Security, while also contributing to enhancement projects, optimisation activities, and platform governance.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Technology, and key business stakeholders to ensure the Workday platform remains efficient, secure, and aligned to business needs.
