Job Description:

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in Workday HCM, specifically in the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment module.


• Must have active Workday Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Certification.


• Experience in configuring and maintaining end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, and offer process.


• Strong knowledge of business process framework (BPF), security roles, notifications, and approval workflows in Workday.
