Position Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
- **Work in Lisbon, Portugal - relocation is necessary**:
- **Easy online recruitment process** (phone call and video interview),
- **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday - 08:00AM to 05:00 PM
- 2 days off: Saturday & Sunday

**About the project**:
You will be providing services for **Norwegian-speaking clients** for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues.
