This is not a back-office admin role. Its high impact, highly visible, and central to student success. The Work Experience Coach will work directly with 1619-year-olds, coaching them to secure meaningful industry placements, build confidence, and translate real workplace experience into career-ready skills. Once theyre on placement, youre their mentor, compliance champion, and progress driver ensuring every hour counts and every success is evidenced.
