Job Summary
The Heavy-Duty Mechanic (HDM) is responsible for performing inspections, major and minor repairs, overhauls and servicing on all types of Maintenance of way equipment (Heavy duty equipment).
Working Conditions
The role operates either on a 9-days-on, 5-days-off or 8-days-on, 6-days-off rotational schedule away from homeAbility to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime90% field environment from a service truckRegular travel up to 90%Willing to travel for work across British Colombia, Alberta and Saskatchewan Company provided accommodationsAbility to work full time from a service truck
