Job Role & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience supporting and administering WordPress in enterprise or multi‑site environments. Basic to intermediate exposure to OpenText or similar ECM platforms. Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, configuration, troubleshooting, performance, and security best practices. Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for issue diagnosis and resolution. Familiarity with low‑code/no‑code platforms in a corporate setting. Experience collaborating with business, infrastructure, and security teams. Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and IT service management (incident, problem, change) understanding. Ability to produce clear technical and user documentation. Strong communication skills with non‑technical stakeholders. Capable of managing multiple support tasks under the Manager Low‑code/No‑code.
