**Job Description**
This role involves transforming raw wood materials into a wide range of finished products, including items such as newel posts and floating shelves. You will work on both high-volume production runs and one-of-a-kind pieces, using a variety of woodworking tools and techniques to produce accurate, high-quality components and assemblies.

**Responsibilities**

+ Take raw wood materials and convert them into finished products such as newel posts, floating shelves, and other custom items.
+ Read measurements accurately and use a tape measure to mark and cut wood to precise dimensions.
+ Operate woodworking equipment including miter saws, planers, routers, and table saws to cut and shape wood components.
+ Perform sanding and finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and clean edges on all parts.
+ Hand assemble wood components into complete products, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity.
