BrokerLink is seeking a Group Benefits Client Administrator in Woodbridge, ON, to ensure top-tier client service. This full-time role focuses on administering Group Health Benefits with professionalism and care.
The ideal candidate will manage relationships with Retail Clients and collaborate closely with Senior Analysts. You'll prepare Request To Quotes, analyze proposals, and produce detailed reports for Advisors. Additionally, your role will entail managing onboarding processes and providing ongoing administrative support, solidifying customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact for Plan Sponsors and Administrators
• Collaborate in Request To Quote preparation and analysis
• Create detailed, client-ready reports from proposals
