Business Process Ownership
" Partner with warehouse and logistics stakeholders to assess current processes and identify gaps
" Define and document future-state process flows across:
o Receiving, putaway, replenishment
o Picking (wave, batch, zone), packing, shipping
o Cycle counting, returns and inventory adjustments
" Lead workshops and drive process alignment across business functions
