to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support within the cold store environment, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient processing of warehouse documentation, and compliance with cold chain requirements.
What You Will Do
Capture all stock movements accurately on the warehouse system.
Process receiving and dispatch documentation.
Investigate and report stock variances.
Maintain accurate filing and warehouse administration records.
Report stock damages, shortages, and temperature deviations.
Prepare daily and weekly stock reports.
Liaise with warehouse staff and management regarding stock movements and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
Deliver Support between internal and external customers.
Report on daily statistics.
