**Job Description**

The Wire Harness Assembler builds and assembles wiring harnesses and cable assemblies by interpreting engineering blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOM). This role performs wiring, harnessing, cabling, and related tasks in accordance with IPC-620 standards, using both manual and automated assembly equipment in a clean, quality-focused production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret and utilize engineering blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOM) to build wire harnesses and cable assemblies accurately.
+ Perform wiring, harnessing, and cabling operations, including wire stripping, crimping, layout, and lacing in accordance with IPC-620 standards.
