We are looking for a System Administrator – Wintel to support and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure environments. The role involves managing daily operations, troubleshooting Windows server-related incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring high availability of systems with significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Windows-based infrastructure according to business requirements
• Manage Windows Server OS installations, administration, patching, and security hardening
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
