Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a Wing Command Chief Master Sergeant, Position Description Number D2678000 and is part of the 158th Fighter Wing Command of the Vermont Air National Guard. *This position is also advertised to Active Guard Reserve Airmen under announcement number MVA-AF-26-19 Responsibilities Serves as the Wing Command Chief Master Sergeant (CCM), the Wing Senior Enlisted Leader and key member of the command's leadership team managing all military aspects of full time and traditional enlisted Airmen. A CCM is the commander's key enlisted advocate and advisor on operational effectiveness and the organization, training and equipping of enlisted Airmen.
