The Wine Director is the strategic and creative leader of the restaurant’s entire wine program, overseeing wine, spirits, cocktails, non‑alcoholic offerings, and all related service standards. This role is responsible for curating one of the most compelling wine experiences in New York City—rooted in a world‑class wine program with deep international representation, complemented by a robust, globally sourced spirits list featuring rare vintages, limited allocations, and unique bottlings.
The Wine Director is both a visionary curator and an operational anchor: a floor‑present leader during service, a mentor to the sommelier team, and a collaborative partner to the General Manager and Executive Chef. This role requires exceptional palate, deep industry relationships, mastery of consignment and custom binning systems, and the ability to manage a high SKU count with precision and financial discipline.
