Overview
We are seeking a Wine Manager / Sommelier to join the opening team of a high-profile fine dining concept located in Houstonβs San Felipe/Post Oak corridor.
This is a leadership role first , requiring a candidate who can actively manage the floor, oversee service execution, and build a best-in-class wine program. The ideal candidate will bring both operational discipline and deep wine knowledge , with the ability to elevate guest experience while leading from the front.
