Our client, the Bank of Canada, has a 12-month hybrid remote renewable contract for a Windows Support Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to projects and platform operations, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading our Windows server environment, both on-premise and cloud.
- Provide ongoing level 2 technical support, maintenance, and improvement to the Bank environment.
- Provide direct support through the ticketing system (ServiceNOW) to application owners, developers, and related internal and external teams.
- Create thorough and detailed documentation (SOPs) of all changes, upgrades, procedures, vendor interactions, and root cause analysis.
- Recommend ways to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Perform other related activities and deliverables as required.
