**How You’ll Make an Impact- Daily Duties**

+ As a Wind Turbine Technician, you’ll be responsible for the routine service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Siemens Gamesa wind turbines
+ Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
+ Diagnosing faults and performing repairs in a safe and timely manner
+ Climbing turbines (up to 300 feet) and working in confined spaces at elevation
+ Responding effectively to stressful or hazardous situations, ensuring the safety of yourself and your team
+ Recording and reporting service activity accurately using company tools and protocols
+ Supporting the development and feedback process for new and revised field procedures
+ Maintaining compliance with safety standards, site rules, and environmental protocols
+ Being physically prepared for job demands including ladder climbing (minimum 267 steps), lifting,...
