Description
We’re looking for a talented On the Road (OTR) Safety to join our team. You’ll be passionate about partnering with the business to ensure safety OTR risks are managed. This is a brand-new role and we will expect you to support our Amazon Work Health Safety (WHS) culture with the site leaders, DSP, HUB AMFLEX, EDSP and Channel team, and be instrumental in embedding Amazon Road Safety policies and processes and ensure compliance to all applicable local legislative obligations. By leveraging lean principles and kaizen, you will lead continuous improvement to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our Associates. A successful OTR Safety Specialist will demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with Last Mile Operations Team and inspire change by providing comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis.
