Position: Wholesale Accounts Admin Specialist

Working Hours: M-F EST

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: 100% Remote

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Wholesale Accounts Admin Specialist with hands‑on experience managing backend operations for major retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Walmart, Target, and other big‑box accounts.

Scope of the Role

The Wholesale Accounts Admin Specialist will manage the administrative and operational processes related to wholesale accounts. This includes purchase order (PO) management, EDI coordination, routing compliance, chargeback prevention, invoicing, deductions reconciliation, and communication with retailer portals and vendor systems. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and on‑time fulfillment across high‑volume retail partnerships.
