Wheel Vehicle Mechanic (USARCENT-2026-25508-W):

Bowhead seeks a Wheel Vehicle Mechanic at Shaw AFB to support the USARCENT contract.

The Wheel Vehicle Mechanic will serve as the Assistant Project Manager, fulfilling Project Manager duties when the PM is absent.





**Responsibilities**

+ Repairs, rebuilds, or overhauls major assemblies of internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks, or tractors.
+ Work involves diagnosing the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required.
+ Replaces worn or broken parts (e.g., piston rings, bearings, or other engine parts); Grindsand adjusting valves; rebuilds carburetors; overhauls transmissions; and repairs fuel injection, lighting, and ignition systems.
+ Available onsite between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.
