Position Overview
The primary goal of the position is to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of all mills. This includes adhering to specific quality criteria for all finished products and achieving all stipulated daily targets and measurements.
Minimum requirements:
- Qualified Miller - trade tested in maize and/or wheat milling technologies
- Minimum 3 years milling experience in a high-capacity plant (+ 30 tons/hour)
- Fumigation and Grading certification
- Advanced milling qualifications will be advantageous
- City and Guilds /NABIM qualifications will be advantageous .
