We are looking for a part time Support Worker in Lower Hutt, to provide support for Rangitahi and Tamariki and the family, fostering their self-determination and empowering them to lead a valued life on their own terms.

The hours for this role will start at 10 per week with the opportunity to increase these hours over time.

We prefer someone who can work the following roster Wednesday 1-5pm Sunday 9.30-12.30pm
