We are seeking a Whānau Support Team Lead to join our team!

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will lead the day‑to‑day coordination of our Whānau Support team while working alongside them to deliver exceptional service to Ngāi Tahu whānui. You will oversee rostering, coaching, service quality, and operational performance across the contact centre, while also supporting frontline engagement through phone, email, online channels, and reception as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, building team capability, and ensuring every whānau interaction is professional, responsive, and mana‑enhancing.
