Position Overview
The Accounts Executive will handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day finance operations in Singapore. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, GST compliance, sales reconciliation and statutory submissions. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Perform bank reconciliation
Maintain full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
Prepare monthly closing, trial balance, and schedules
Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards (SFRS)
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
Maintain vendor and creditor reconciliations
Track receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
Prepare payment runs and bank transfers
3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance (Singapore) Prepare and file GST returns with IRAS
Ensure accurate GST treatment for all sales and purchases
Handle CPF contributions and employee-related statutory matters
