Leads infrastructure design development and manages technical specialists to ensure adherence to design criteria standards and project scope.
Oversees design delivery scope development procurement of consultants and manages third‑party reviews and change orders.
Prepares project reports, schedules, budgets and monitors progress to meet deadlines and financial requirements.
Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and provides technical support and audits for project management.
Assists in client relations scope documentation and attends meetings as needed while ensuring all technical and contractual information is disseminated.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in infrastructure or land development design projects with at least 5 years in the Middle East, preferably Dubai
