Position Overview MyOme is seeking a Scientist II to join our research wet lab team and help drive the development, optimization, and validation of next-generation sequencing (NGS) assays. You will work closely with Clinical Operations, Bioinformatics, and Quality teams to bring new sequencing-based tests from concept through verification and validation. What You'll Do Plan and execute structured development experiments including optimization, titrations, and bridging studies Contribute to transitioning workflows from R&D into standardized or regulated environments (e.g., CLIA/CAP-ready processes) Collaborate with the bioinformatics team to analyze results including QC metrics, run acceptance criteria, and end-to-end workflow performance to drive data-informed decisions Author and review SOPs, batch records, validation plans and validation reports Evaluate new reagents, instruments, and technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate What You'll Need M.S. with 4+ year...
