Requirements:

• 1–2 years BPO Trainer experience required

• Must have AT&T Telco Trainer experience

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Experience in coaching, training delivery, and KPI management

• Amenable to work onsite and on a shifting schedule



Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT)

• Facilitate product, process, and communication training

• Monitor trainee attendance and performance

• Provide coaching and developmental support

• Coordinate with Operations and QA teams for training needs
