We’re Hiring: Sr. Trainer – AT&T Telco Account

Up to ₱45,000



Location: Pasig / Makati / Bridgetowne

Work Setup: Onsite



Requirements:

• At least 3+ years BPO Trainer experience required

• Must have AT&T Telco Trainer experience

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Experience in training, coaching, KPI management, and nesting support

• Leadership experience is an advantage

• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule



Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct New Hire Training (NHT)

• Facilitate product and process training

• Monitor trainee performance and attendance

• Provide coaching and developmental feedback

• Coordinate with Operations and QA teams

• Support training operations and floor transition
