Front Desk Executive / Receptionist (Full-Time)
Location: Paragon Shopping Centre, Orchard Road
Directly connected to Somerset MRT
Key Responsibilities 1. Client Experience & Front-of-House - Welcome walk-in clients warmly and professionally, in line with the premium brand standards of Shugar Prestige
- Introduce available services, packages, and ongoing promotions with confidence and clear product knowledge
- Manage smooth check-in and check-out experiences, including payment collection, receipt issuance, and package redemption
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the reception and lounge areas at all times
