RoyalWay TCM is looking for a responsible, well-presented and service-oriented Front Desk Consultant / TCM Wellness Consultant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities - Welcome customers and provide professional front desk service
- Manage customer appointments, bookings and daily follow-ups
- Understand customers’ wellness needs and recommend suitable TCM wellness treatments
- Introduce treatment packages, membership plans and promotional offers
- Assist with sales consultation, customer relationship management and after-sales service
- Handle payment collection, customer records and basic administrative duties
- Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception environment
- Coordinate with therapists and the management team to ensure smooth daily operations
