St Nicholas is seeking professionals to support and enhance our student wellbeing provision, pastoral care, and positive behaviour across the campus in partnership with the Wellbeing Department, the Safeguarding Committee, and teaching staff.

Main responsibilities within the rol

• eEnsure that learners’ mental wellness and emotional needs are being supported as much as possible (where feasible) within a whole school equitable school environment
• Fulfill and uphold the highest standards of safeguarding by strictly adhering to the School’s Code of Conduct, fulfilling all mandated reporting responsibilities, and maintaining a proactive duty of care to recognize and report any signs of abuse
• Ensure our commitment to inclusio n is upheld by addressing any barriers to learning related to social emotional and mental health that are preventing students from achieving their potential and working with our neurodivergent students with sensitivi...
